Accessibility

Eden Park is committed to providing the highest quality accessible services for all our patrons.

Parking

Mobility parking cannot be booked and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The mobility parking is located on Cricket Avenue and can only be accessed via Walters Road. This parking is only available for ticketholders with a valid mobility parking permit. Please avoid parking across the drop kerbs, which are in place to assist wheelchair users.

Sensory Room

The Access Community Health Sensory Room for patrons is located in the South Stand, Level 3.

Sound sensitivity

Eden Park has a Kennards Hire Sound Sensitivity Station that dispense free earplugs on a self-serve basis. It is permanently located in the Samsung South Stand, Level 3 adjacent to the Access Community Health Sensory Room.

Hidden disabilities

If you or someone you are with has a hidden disability, you can wear a Hidden Disability Sunflower lanyard, pin or bracelet to discretely let our team know that you might like some extra assistance or care. Please keep in mind, this will not help you get through our entry gates faster.

If you require a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard, these are available from all gates on an event day, and from Gate G on a non-event day.

Parents of young children

  • For entry, all patrons, regardless of age, will require their own ticket for safety reasons. This includes infants.
  • Please be aware that we do not have designated baby-changing facilities available onsite.
