Get your tickets ready

To make entry as quick as possible, make sure you download and add your tickets to your mobile phone’s wallet before you arrive at Eden Park. 

If you are coming in a group, make sure to share your digital tickets before you arrive and enter. 

It is a Tour requirement that all patrons, regardless of age, requires their own ticket. This includes infants.  

No cash, card only

Eden Park is a cashless venue. Please make sure you bring your card for all food, drink and merchandise payments.  

Pack light

  • No bags larger than 21cm x 30cm (A4 Size) will be permitted inside the stadium.  
  • Small signs no larger than 40cm x 50cm will be allowed into the stadium provided they do not have poles and do not contain any political content.
  • No professional cameras without photo credentials and professional-grade audio or video recording devices will be permitted inside the stadium. This includes GO-PRO and stick-style HD cameras. 
  • No selfie-sticks.  
  • Umbrellas are not permitted into the stadium for safety reasons. Rain ponchos and jackets are recommended. 
  • Personal drink containers are NOT allowed into the GA standing area (please see below section: I HAVE GA STANDING TICKETS, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW for more information). If you are seated, drink bottles up to 1 litre capacity will be allowed

Pass-outs

  • There are no pass-outs. If you leave the stadium during the concert, you will not be allowed back in.
