When a game is on, a Traffic Management Plan will be put in place and enforced by Auckland Transport. If you have any questions regarding game day traffic management, parking or transport, please phone Auckland Transport on 09 355 3553.
Due to pedestrian safety, many of the streets surrounding the stadium may be closed or have residents-only parking. Each game operates under a different traffic management plan depending on crowd size and can be found on the specific event page closer to game day.
Apply for a resident parking permit
All vehicles parking on-site, such as members or contractors, must display the relevant parking permit for the relevant match. The parking permit must be displayed clearly on the dashboard of the vehicle. Entry to onsite parking for all matches is via Walters Road (off Dominion Road). Please note that the onsite parking areas may be closed prior to the end of the fixture for a period of up to one hour to allow the pedestrian traffic to clear.
Some areas around the stadium, including areas within the parking zone, are reserved for public transport and other traffic management uses. Residents who are Parking Permit Holders are not able to park in these areas. These areas are marked on the residents’ newsletter map which is delivered a few days before each game and will be clearly signposted on the event day.
