Angus Deacon was a Grand Finalist in the second season of LEGO Masters New Zealand. He was asked to create a display made entirely out of LEGO for the launch of the Samsung S25 Galaxy and Galaxy Smart Ring.

The Samsung Galaxy Festival is a fictitious event that takes place each year at Eden Park in Auckland to celebrate fun, music, and technology in partnership with Samsung. It is packed with detail, most of which needs to be discovered on site where you can walk around the LEGO build and spot all of the hidden secrets – like a streaker being arrested, a sausage dog in a hot dog truck, or a guy in a banana suit slipping on a banana peel.

It measures approximately 1.5m wide by 0.6m deep, and is around 0.4m tall – consisting of around 5,000 LEGO pieces. After being displayed in three Westfield shopping malls in early 2025, it was supplied to Eden Park where it has a permanent home to promote the diversity of events that take place at this iconic stadium.
