- The cut-off date to purchase vouchers as a Christmas gift is Wednesday 18 December 2024
- By purchasing a voucher you confirm that you and your party are all taller than 95cm and agree to the following: (please note age requirements are only in place for the Rooftop Walk) The Eden Park Trust (we or us) may amend timetables tour routes and duration for operational or safety reasons at any time. Departure times are subject to availability and weather conditions. Check in time for all activities is at least 35 minutes prior to scheduled start time. If we have to cancel or postpone your booking we will rebook you onto another suitable time. You and your party must have completed the risk disclosure form found here and completed a safety briefing with our staff before your Rooftop Walk. We may remove you from the tour and the premises if you do not comply with the instructions of our staff who are looking out for your safety and the safety of others. If you need to cancel or change your booking you must do so in writing a minimum of 72 hours before the activity date. If accepted Eden Park Trust will issue a credit which can be applied against future bookings. – Cancellation within 72 hours or a ‘no show’ will incur a 100% charge /no refund of prepayment.
