Eden Park renews partnership with Samsung New Zealand

Eden Park is thrilled to announce the renewal of its icon partnership with Samsung New Zealand.

The extended partnership will see the global technology giant continue as the venue’s exclusive consumer electronics partner for another five years, with the two brands collaborating to create an enhanced fan experience for attendees at New Zealand’s national stadium. Samsung will continue as the naming rights sponsor of the Samsung Stand, on the South side of the venue.

“We are excited about the possibilities technology presents, and we will continue to work strategically with Samsung to enrich the event experience for visitors and sports fans.”

Samsung has been part of Eden Park’s Icon Partner programme since its inception in 2017. The partnership showcases a number of integrated technologies, such as the stadium’s Samsung LED Superscreen – the country’s longest screen – measuring an impressive 40 metres in length. Samsung digital LED signage is visible in the East and West Stands, along with IPTV screens throughout the concourse and more recently, digital gate signage at the venue’s key entry points.

This new chapter of the partnership will include exploring new technologies to further enhance the fan experience and create value for key partners.
