As the first venue in New Zealand to implement the platform, Eden Park will introduce 24/7 Software’s suite of operational tools across its event and daily operations. The system enables real-time incident reporting, live mapping, and enhanced coordination between teams to strengthen safety, security, and customer service.
Used by major venues around the world, including Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, the Sphere in Las Vegas, and the MCG, Marvel Stadium and Melbourne Park in Australia, 24/7 Software has delivered measurable improvements in safety response and operational efficiency. The platform allows staff to capture and manage incidents from a central dispatch queue, track live activity across the venue, enhance communication, and streamline key operational processes, including lost and found, checkpoint patrols, and request tracking. The technology ensures every interaction is managed quickly and efficiently.
