Eden Park renews partnership with Access Community Health

May 30, 2025

Eden Park is proud to announce the renewal of its partnership with Access Community Health, extending the collaboration for another year to continue supporting the stadium’s Sensory Room – a calm and inclusive space designed for guests with sensory processing needs.

This partnership extension reflects the strength of Eden Park and Access Community Health’s shared commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and community wellbeing. As the exclusive partner of the Access Community Health Sensory Room, Access plays a vital role in ensuring that Eden Park remains a welcoming venue for every guest, no matter their sensory needs or challenges.

Nick Sautner, CEO of Eden Park, says: “The renewal of our partnership with Access Community Health is a testament to the positive impact this space has had on event attendees. This facility that not only sets a benchmark for inclusion but also reflects our belief that everyone deserves to experience the magic of Eden Park. We’re grateful for Access Community Health’s continued support and shared vision for accessibility.”

First introduced in 2022 and expanded in 2023 in response to growing demand, the Sensory Room demonstrates Eden Park’s leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences for anyone wanting to enjoy live events. The room provides a calming environment equipped with sensory tools and resources, offering a safe and quiet space for guests experiencing sensory overload during high-energy events.

This renewed partnership comes at a time of strong momentum across Eden Park’s sponsorship portfolio, with growing support for initiatives that prioritise inclusivity, community engagement, and guest wellbeing. The Sensory Room is a tangible example of this – offering support not only to individuals, but to families who may otherwise feel excluded from large-scale events.

Access Community Health, a long-standing provider of home and community-based healthcare services, has been instrumental in elevating this initiative. Their support allows Eden Park to continue enhancing the room’s features, staff training, and guest awareness to ensure the facility reaches those who need it most.

Androulla Kotrotsos, CEO at Access Community Health says: “Partnering with Eden Park to support the Sensory Room has been an incredible journey. Seeing the difference it’s making for whānau, families and individuals in our community is so rewarding. This is about more than sponsorship, it’s about championing dignity, inclusion, and creating spaces where everyone feels they truly belong.”

Eden Park invites all patrons to explore and make use of the Access Community Health Sensory Room, which will be open and staffed during every major event. This partnership renewal underscores a continued commitment to innovation in guest services, setting a new standard for inclusive experiences in the stadium environment.
