Eden Park will make rugby league history on Wednesday 16 June 2027 when it hosts Game 2 of the Ampol State of Origin series, the first time in history a match between the New South Wales Blues and Queensland Maroons has been played in New Zealand.
General public tickets for Game 2 will go on sale in November, with fans encouraged to register for ticket updates via this link 2027 Ampol State of Origin | NRL.com. For fans who are travelling, official NRL travel and hospitality packages are available from today, bringing together match tickets, travel and accommodation for their Auckland stay.
Travel packages will be available for purchase from 11am AEST today through NRL Travel. Hospitality packages will also be on sale from 11am AEST today via NRL.com/hospitality.

Important Event Information
- Arrive early: To avoid queues and ensure you don’t miss any of the action, we recommend arriving well in advance of the event start time.
- Parking: There is no public parking at Eden Park and parking restrictions apply around the surrounding streets. Cars parked in restricted zones will be ticketed/towed. Free public parking is available in the surrounding suburbs (approximately a 15-20 minute walk away), but make sure you check for restrictions before you park.
- Cashless payments: Eden Park is a cashless venue, so please be prepared to pay by card only.
- Download your ticket: Make sure to download your digital ticket before arriving.
- No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside Eden Park. Offenders will be evicted immediately without warning.
- Lighting & special effects: This event may contain flashing and strobing lights, smoke, pyrotechnics, and other special effects.
