We’re committed to making Eden Park accessible for all guests.

Mobility parking is available on Cricket Avenue for guests with valid mobility permits and is allocated prior to each event due to limited capacity.

Eligibility requirements

To apply for mobility parking, you must:

Hold a valid Mobility Parking Permit from CCS Disability Action or Sommerville Disability Support Services.
Travel in the vehicle using the parking space.

One entry is permitted per permit holder, per event.
Only events within the next two months are shown.
If your event is not listed yet, please check back closer to the event date.
Mobility parking is located on Cricket Avenue near Entries D and E. See map below.

Why do we use a mobility parking ballot?

In 2025, Eden Park introduced a mobility parking ballot system for events.

Previously, mobility parking on Cricket Avenue operated on a first-come, first-served basis. While this worked for some guests, feedback showed the system created challenges for many people with accessibility needs.

With only around 100 mobility parking spaces available, guests often needed to arrive very early to secure a park. For some patrons, arriving hours before an event or remaining onsite for the full duration is not always practical or comfortable.

On busy event days, mobility parking spaces could fill quickly. This sometimes resulted in guests arriving expecting accessible parking, only to find no spaces
available. In some cases, this meant needing to park a significant distance away, arrange alternative transport at short notice, or miss part of the event.

The ballot system was introduced to provide greater certainty and allow guests to plan ahead with confidence.

Guests who enter the ballot will be advised during the week leading into the event whether they have secured a mobility parking space, giving them time to make alternative arrangements if needed.

Information will be collected and stored by The Eden Park Trust in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Eden Park Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering parking at Eden Park events. We may contact you with information about Eden Park including news and upcoming events.
