- Arrive early: To avoid queues and ensure you don’t miss any of the action, we recommend arriving well in advance of the event start time.
- Parking: There is no public parking at Eden Park and parking restrictions apply around the surrounding streets. Cars parked in restricted zones will be ticketed/towed. See our Traffic Management Plan for more information. Free public parking is available in the surrounding suburbs (approximately a 15-20 minute walk away), but make sure you check for restrictions before you park.
- Public transport: Standard fares apply on all public transport to and from Eden Park. Plan your journey
- Cashless payments: Eden Park is a cashless venue, so please be prepared to pay by card only.
- Download your ticket: Make sure to download your digital ticket before arriving.
- No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside Eden Park. Offenders will be evicted immediately without warning.
- Lighting & special effects: This event may contain flashing and strobing lights, smoke, pyrotechnics, and other special effects.
- Respect our neighbours: Please respect our neighbours as you leave the venue by keeping noise to a minimum and using the bathroom facilities before you leave.

Hot Springs Spa: Take a dip in the Eden Park pitch-side pool. Just bring your togs and a towel.
The Corner: Visit the match-day mingle area in The Corner (sections 413/414) to enjoy a live DJ, giveaways plus a complimentary beverage if you’re there early enough.
Traffic light wristbands: Green, orange or red wristbands will be handed out to identify your ‘status’ and each gate (should you wish to participate).
Kiss Cam: Get your lips ready as Kiss Cam will be operating throughout this game.
