BLACKCAPS v Australia 2nd T20

We regret to advise that the BLACKCAPS v Australia T20 series in March 2020 has been postponed due to tightened travel restrictions. Anyone entering New Zealand is now subjected to a mandatory 14-day self-isolation period which would apply to the Australia squad as soon as it crossed the border into New Zealand. Read more information on this announcement.

NZC believes the series can be replayed in its entirety at a later and more appropriate date. Until dates can be confirmed please see the ticket information below on the next steps.

What happens to my tickets?

All purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including ticket insurance premium, if relevant) and patrons do not need to take any action. Patrons should allow up to 30 working days for the refund to appear in their account.

If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, please supply us with updated bank details here in order to process your refund.

If you do not provide the correct details, we will be unable to refund your tickets.

Patrons who purchased tickets in an Agency using cash or EFTPOS will receive a full refund to a bank account. Please provide Ticketek with your bank account details here.

If you are unable to update your account details online, then please email with the details of the event you purchased to, and your updated bank details.
