Walk for Wishbone was held at Eden Park on Sunday 26 May 2019 and is a fun event to raise money for leading orthopaedic research in New Zealand. The walk has been taking place in New Zealand for nearly 25 years, and funds raised have supported vital research into improving surgery and treatment for broken bones, joint replacements and pain, congenital disorders, bone infections and cancers, and sports injuries.
With 1- and 5-kilometre walk options, and a stair climb challenge at Eden Park, Walk for Wishbone has something for everyone. It’s a healthy and fun way to meet others and raise money for very important research.
